Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Club WOBL, a premium longevity walking club and wellness service operated by GridX Techno Labs Private Limited (“GridX”, “we”, “our”, “us”), based in Chennai, India. GridX Techno Labs Private Limited is the official channel partner to WOBL.app UK 🇬🇧. By accessing or using Club WOBL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Service

Club WOBL is a wellness walking club that provides app-based tracking, accountability, motivation, online groups, and curated in-person walking experiences and breakfasts. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for consulting your doctor before joining or modifying your exercise routine.

Membership Plans and Payments

• Pro Membership: Online group motivation plus 1-1 accountability by the fitness trainer and elite HNI members via WhatsApp group and proprietory WOBL health tech platform, plus access to the iOS app, plus Leela Palace morning walks monthly. 12 Walks even if you miss any, they will carry forward to the following month. And a curated wellness breakfast once a month together with the HNI members group and coach.
• Payment providers: Payments are processed in India via Razorpay and Google Pay.

No Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. Once a payment or EMI is charged and your membership is activated, you agree that:

• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to lack of usage, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction.
• Any cancellation of future EMIs, if permitted by the payment provider or financing arrangement, will be subject to that provider’s terms and applicable laws.

Code of Conduct & Behaviour

Club WOBL is designed as a VIP, elite-class wellness community. You agree to maintain a high standard of conduct in all online and offline forums, including but not limited to:

• No abuse, harassment, or bullying of other members, trainers, or staff.
• No offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content or behaviour in WhatsApp groups, chats, events, or walks.
• Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
• Following the rules and guidelines of any partner venues, including The Leela Palace, at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund for any behaviour that we deem to be misconduct, inappropriate, unsafe, or damaging to the reputation of Club WOBL, GridX, WOBL.app UK, or our partners.

Eligibility and Responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
• You are responsible for your own health, safety, and fitness level. Participate in walks and activities at your own risk.
• You are responsible for any consequences of misuse of the app, online communities, or in-person gatherings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridX Techno Labs Private Limited and its directors, employees, trainers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in Club WOBL, including any injuries, health issues, data loss, or service outages.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or Club WOBL shall be the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
